All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once agreed bewteen both parties or have been booked online using our online booking system. Regular weekly and bi-weekly slots are reserved specifically for each client to maintain consistency.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or changed to your booking. Cancellations are made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full appointment cost, as this time is reserved exclusively for you.
We will always try to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible. However, alternative times are subject to availability and may not always be on the same day or usual slot.
Clients must ensure cleaners have access to the property at the agreed booking time. If we are unable to gain access (e.g. no key, no one home or locked property), the full service fee may still apply.
Payment is due on the day of the service . We accept cash and bank transfer. For regular clients weekly, or monthly agreements can be discussed.
We take great care in all properties we clean. However, in the unlikely event of accidental damage, this will be reported immediately. We are fully insured for public liability for your peace of mind.
For insurance and safety reasons, we are unable to use ladders or access areas above safe ground level. We also reservce the right to refuse tasks that may pose a health and safety risk.
In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns.
